Everyone likes a choice right? If we all did things the same way life would be pretty boring.
Ordering personalised items for several people can be a challenge. Imagine how challenging that can be when the order is for a whole school class, or even the complete year group!
At the School Leavers Company our fantastic back office team like to make things simple for those ordering leavers hoodies and trip hoodies. We offer two simple methods for placing your orders. All you have to do is decide which one best fits your requirements.
The two choices really come down to how the hoodies will ultimately be paid for. Lots of schools or PTA's opt to purchase leavers hoodies on behalf of the students, meaning payment is then based on a single invoice. Other schools and organisers ask that the students pay for the hoodies, this equates to multiple independent payments.
Some organisers pay a contribution towards the hoodies, the students then pay the balance when they place their order in a shop.
But first - The Hoodies!
Before we get into the ordering method, it's important to note that certain decisions will need to be made about the leavers hoodies you would like the students to have.
For this years leavers we have multiple designs both front and back to choose from. A choice of fonts. A huge range of colours.
And then there's different types of hoodie such as our classic hoodie, two tone hoodies and even full zip hoodies.
Most schools prefer to fix several of these choices before orders are opened up to students. For example a lot of schools prefer to choose a specific colour of hoodie.

The Online Shop
We’ll set up your own personalised shop where individuals can view the design, order and pay for their own hoodies – what could be easier!
This is our most popular option!
Choosing this method means that you don't need to collect money or gather information such as sizes, nicknames or home addresses.
Request to open an Online Shop
Select the garments and designs you would like and we will provide you a price online. If you are ready to go ahead, select the option to request an online shop.
We will ask you to provide a few more details. We will then create a secure online shop. We will send you a username and password to share with the people that will purchase items from your shop (normally parents or pupils).
Each person orders securely online
Each purchaser orders and pays for their hoodie online, meaning you don’t have to handle any money or orders yourself.
We process your order & deliver!
Together we agree a closing date for your shop and once the shop is closed (and we have received your artwork approval form), we then process your order and deliver it by courier in around 3 weeks. Delivery dates can be shorter or longer depending on the time of year.
Bulk delivery to one address is free of charge.
The Online Form
We'll create you a personalised secure form that you can fill in online. Simply save as you go along and return to update at your leisure!
Requesting an online order form
Select the garments and designs you would like and we will provide you a price online. If you are ready to go ahead, select the option to request an online order form.
We will ask you to provide a few more details. We will then create a secure form that you can access through your account. Using this form you can enter all the details needed to order each garment.
Complete your Order Online
Simply login and complete all of the details of your order. When you’ve finished simply press 'Confirm Order' to submit the information to us.
We process your order & deliver!
Once we have received your Finance Approval Form or other agreed payment method, we'll process your order for deliver by courier in around 3 weeks. Delivery dates can be shorter or longer depending the time of year.
Bulk delivery to one address is free of charge.
A note on delivery dates!
Delivery dates can be shorter or longer depending on the time of year, as you can imagine we are at our busiest in May and June which can mean orders take longer to process. The earlier you can get your order completed the less your students have to wait to receive their hoodies. Lot's of schools have now started to order much earlier so that their students can wear their hoodies during the last few months of school.
Our standard free delivery is based on bulk shipment direct to the school or organiser. We offer an optional home delivery with Royal Mail. If you request this option you will need to provide the shipping address for each home address. A small postal charge will be applied to each package.
