HOW TO ORDER
Getting ready to order your customised Leavers Hoodies and other garments couldn't be easier, it's completely free to get started. Take a look at this video which explains the two options available or read the explanations below.
Which is the best option for you?
Both options are completely free of charge with no obligation!
Option 1 - A Free Online Order Form
We'll create you a personalised secure form that you can fill in online. Simply save as you go along and return to update at your leisure!
Requesting an online order form
Select the garments and designs you would like and we will provide you a price online. If you are ready to go ahead, select the option to request an online order form.
We will ask you to provide a few more details. We will then create a secure form that you can access through your account. Using this form you can enter all the details needed to order each garment.
Complete your Order Online
Simply login and complete all of the details of your order. When you’ve finished simply press 'Confirm Order' to submit the information to us.
We process your order & deliver!
Once we have received your Finance Approval Form or other agreed payment method, we'll process your order for deliver by courier in around 3 weeks. Delivery dates can be shorter or longer depending the time of year.
Bulk delivery to one address is free of charge.
Optional Home Delivery
We offer an optional home delivery with Royal Mail. If you request this option you will need to provide the shipping address for each home address. A small postal charge will be applied to each package.
Option 2 - A Free Online Shop (Most Popular)
We’ll set up your own personalised shop where individuals can view the design, order and pay for their own hoodies – what could be easier!
This is our most popular option
Choosing this method means that you don't need to collect money or gather information such as sizes, nicknames or home addresses.
Request to open an Online Shop
Select the garments and designs you would like and we will provide you a price online. If you are ready to go ahead, select the option to request an online shop.
We will ask you to provide a few more details. We will then create a secure online shop. We will send you a username and password to share with the people that will purchase items from your shop (normally parents or pupils).
Each person orders securely online
Each purchaser orders and pays for their hoodie online, meaning you don’t have to handle any money or orders yourself.
We process your order & deliver!
Together we agree a closing date for your shop and once the shop is closed (and we have received your artwork approval form), we then process your order and deliver it by courier in around 3 weeks. Delivery dates can be shorter or longer depending on the time of year.
Bulk delivery to one address is free of charge.
Optional Home Delivery
We offer an optional home delivery with Royal Mail. If you request this option we will need to collect the shipping address for each order. A small postal charge will be applied to each order.
