  1. Visit our 'Design a hoodie' section to choose how you would like your hoodies to look along with some other information we need.
  2. We will immediately provide you with a price based on the choices you have made. If you are happy with the price you will see the option to 'request a shop', if you would like to discuss the price, please do contact the team.
  3. When requesting the shop we may need some more information from you, such as your organisation's logo, or a list of names.
  4. We will also ask you about your preferred delivery date.
  5. We will then create artwork specific to your design requests and prepare an online shop for you.
  6. We'll send you a unique username and password that you can share with everyone who wants to order a hoodie.
  7. Individuals can then go to the online shop and place and pay for their orders.
  8. We'll agree on a deadline for when the shop will close, and once it passes, we'll collate the orders and begin production.

We know you're excited to receive your order, and we're here to give you a clear idea of what to expect in terms of delivery time.

Once we've received your confirmed order, we'll start processing it and send it into production. Typically, this process takes 2-4 weeks depending on the time of year. If you place your order later in the school year, it may take longer as we get increasingly busier the close we get to the summer break.

However, if you need your order sooner, just let us know! We'll do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

If you're using an Online Order Form, we'll need your Finance Approval Form returned before we can begin processing. And if you're using an Online Shop, we'll need your Artwork Approval Form returned first.

In order to ensure efficient processing and setup of our print equipment, we do have a minimum order requirement of 10 garments. The good news is that this minimum order can be made up of any mixture of styles, colours, and sizes, so you have the flexibility to choose what works best for you. All garments in the order must have the same artwork applied to them.

In order to keep our production process streamlined and efficient, we do require that all garments in an order have the same front and rear design, along with any sleeve print if selected. This is because the process of setting up our equipment for each individual design is time-consuming and costly. However, we do offer the option to add a personalised nickname to each garment, so you can still make each item special and unique. 

We understand that everyone has their own unique style, so we don't require that all orders have the same garment style. You can mix and match ANY combination of our different garment styles, colours, and sizes to create an order that works for your organisation. We want you to have the flexibility to offer wearers the perfect combination that reflects their personality and style.

We believe that personal choice is important when it comes to custom garments, and that's why we allow you to choose your own colour. However, in some cases, there may be limitations on the colours available - for example, certain schools may only allow "school colours" for their garments. We want your custom garments to be a true reflection of your unique style and preferences. Organisers can choose 1, a few or all colours when adding garment styles to an order.

We understand that not everyone may want a nickname on their garment, and that's perfectly fine - it's an optional feature. However, it's important to note that if you do choose to add a nickname, there is an additional charge.

We handle nickname requests on an individual basis, so there's no need for everyone in the order to have one.

If you would like optional nicknames to be available for your chosen garments, please let us know when you make your initial design choices.

“Nickname” refers to any personalisation you'd like printed on the garment, whether it’s a first name, last name, or a fun alias.

An online order form is a convenient, no-obligation tool that allows you to manage and place your order online. Here's how it works:

  1. Instead of us emailing or mailing you an order form and artwork proofs, we'll provide you with a login to your personalised webpage where you can view all of your artwork and enter your order details.
  2. You can save any changes and return to it at a later date if you need more time to complete it.
  3. To get started, simply visit our 'Design a hoodie' section to choose how you would like your hoodies to look along with some other information we need.
  4. Once we've created your webpage, we'll send you login details so that you can access it and begin entering your order details.

The online order form is a free and easy way to place your order without the hassle of physical paperwork and mailing. There's no obligation to place an order, so you can take your time and make changes as needed.

This method is generally chosen by organisers who are paying for the order in bulk and also wish to have full control over the garments ordered.
