2. We will immediately provide you with a price based on the choices you have made. If you are happy with the price you will see the option to 'request a shop', if you would like to discuss the price, please do contact the team.
3. When requesting the shop we may need some more information from you, such as your organisation's logo, or a list of names.
4. We will also ask you about your preferred delivery date.
5. We will then create artwork specific to your design requests and prepare an online shop for you.
6. We'll send you a unique username and password that you can share with everyone who wants to order a hoodie.
7. Individuals can then go to the online shop and place and pay for their orders.
8. We'll agree on a deadline for when the shop will close, and once it passes, we'll collate the orders and begin production.

Once we've received your confirmed order, we'll start processing it and send it into production. Typically, this process takes 2-4 weeks depending on the time of year. If you place your order later in the school year, it may take longer as we get increasingly busier the close we get to the summer break.

However, if you need your order sooner, just let us know! We'll do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.

If you're using an Online Order Form, we'll need your Finance Approval Form returned before we can begin processing. And if you're using an Online Shop, we'll need your Artwork Approval Form returned first.

In order to ensure efficient processing and setup of our print equipment, we do have a minimum order requirement of 10 garments. The good news is that this minimum order can be made up of any mixture of styles, colours, and sizes, so you have the flexibility to choose what works best for you. All garments in the order must have the same artwork applied to them.

In order to keep our production process streamlined and efficient, we do require that all garments in an order have the same front and rear design, along with any sleeve print if selected. This is because the process of setting up our equipment for each individual design is time-consuming and costly. However, we do offer the option to add a personalised nickname to each garment, so you can still make each item special and unique. 

We understand that everyone has their own unique style, so we don't require that all orders have the same garment style. You can mix and match ANY combination of our different garment styles, colours, and sizes to create an order that works for your organisation. We want you to have the flexibility to offer wearers the perfect combination that reflects their personality and style.

We believe that personal choice is important when it comes to custom garments, and that's why we allow you to choose your own colour. However, in some cases, there may be limitations on the colours available - for example, certain schools may only allow "school colours" for their garments. We want your custom garments to be a true reflection of your unique style and preferences. Organisers can choose 1, a few or all colours when adding garment styles to an order.

We understand that not everyone may want a nickname on their garment, and that's perfectly fine - it's an optional feature. However, it's important to note that if you do choose to add a nickname, there is an additional charge. We handle nickname requests on an individual basis, so there's no need for everyone in the order to have one. If you would like optional nicknames to be available for your chosen garments, please let us know when you make your initial design choices.

An online order form is a convenient, no-obligation tool that allows you to manage and place your order online. Here's how it works:

1. Instead of us emailing or mailing you an order form and artwork proofs, we'll provide you with a login to your personalised webpage where you can view all of your artwork and enter your order details.
2. You can save any changes and return to it at a later date if you need more time to complete it.
3. To get started, simply visit our 'Design a hoodie' section to choose how you would like your hoodies to look along with some other information we need.
4. Once we've created your webpage, we'll send you login details so that you can access it and begin entering your order details.

The online order form is a free and easy way to place your order without the hassle of physical paperwork and mailing. There's no obligation to place an order, so you can take your time and make changes as needed.

This method is generally chosen by organisers who are paying for the order in bulk and also wish to have full control over the garments ordered.

We understand that sometimes after the initial order has been delivered*, people who missed out may want to order a hoodie for themselves. At School Leavers Company, we're happy to accept re-orders for single garments. Please note that the price for a single garment purchase may differ from the original order. 

 If you believe there is enough interest to warrant a bulk re-order of 10 garments or more, please contact us and we'll be happy to put together a quote for you. We pride ourselves on being different from other companies who may not accept re-orders for single garments. We want to make sure everyone can enjoy our popular hoodies!

The length of a leavers hoodie nickname is limited to ten characters, including both letters and spaces. You can choose to use a nickname, first name, surname, initials or emojis - whatever you prefer! Please note that the nickname will appear entirely in uppercase letters and will be in the same position on the hoodie as others from the same organiser/order. We will print nicknames EXACTLY as you enter them, including any spaces you include.

All hoodies from the same order are produced at the same time. We don't start producing any garments until the shop or form has closed and the final order is confirmed by the organiser. Typically, this process takes 2-4 weeks.

If the whole order is being delivered to the organiser, they will announce to you when your garments are ready for collection. Many schools keep hold of garments until events like leavers assemblies or school trips. Please contact the organiser at your organisation if you would like to know when the garments will be handed out.

If the orders are being individually to delivered to your home address, you can expect to receive them 2-4 weeks after the final order confirmation. Please contact the organiser at your organisation for the approximate date they are expecting your garments to be delivered.

An organiser for School Leavers Hoodies can be a teacher, a parent, a PTA representative, a senior student, or someone else with the authority to act on behalf of the school/organisation. The organiser is responsible for the following:

1. Choosing the designs, styles, and colours
2. Defining the delivery method for orders
3. Deciding whether to use an online shop or an online form
4. Providing information to students/parents on how to place their hoodie order
5. Providing and checking name lists
6. Approving artwork
7. Approving finance for bulk orders
8. Coordinating with the School Leavers team to ensure a smooth process

You'd like a price estimate from us, but the quote form is forcing you to choose a design. 

Well if you haven't yet decided which designs you would like to use, you can select the 'I will choose my design later' option. This will then allow you to obtain an estimated price for your requirements.

Note that prices for certain designs differ, especially if there is embroidery or multicoloured printing. So when you make the final decision about your chosen designs the price may alter slightly from the original estimate.

Make the optional nickname even more unique with the use of emojis. A great way to express yourself!

When we print an emoji it will be printed in the same single colour as the rest of the artwork. We will print nicknames EXACTLY as you enter them, including any spaces you include.

If the shop has closed or the bulk order has already been processed, we can't simply add another product to the order at the same price*. But you can use our 'missed the deadline' service. At School Leavers Company, we're happy to accept reorders for single garments. Please note that the price for a single garment purchase will differ from the original order.

2. You will need the 4 digit username that the school provided you to continue.

5. Fill in the rest of the details.
6. Note that this form will allow you to enter a nickname. When we process your order, if we find that the school didn't allow nicknames, we will remove it and refund you the cost to your original payment method.
